Tasting and theme dinner
Prepared and cooked almost exclusively with products produced locally:
Chicken, rabbits, pigeons, ducks, geese, "cinta senese" pigs (used to prepare sausages and other dishes), vegetables from the orchard or cultivated on the land, generally prepared following old Tuscan recipes and served with extra-virgin olive oil, wines and distilled spirits prepared locally.
All meals are served in the room that overlooks the spectacular hills of the Chianti Classico area.
