Cooking courses

Led by professional cooks and sommeliers, these courses focus almost entirely on old typical Tuscan dishes that are also cooked and served in the farm. All the chosen dishes contain ingredients that can be easily found on the market to allow participants to easily prepare them on their own.

Length of the courses: from 1 to 3 days.
Number of participants: minimum 10, maximum 25.
Possibility of inviting friends and acquaintances at the final dinner with dishes prepared during the course.
