VARIETIES CULTIVATED: Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Merlot
TERRAIN: Galestro, medium blend
CULTIVATED LAND: low spurred bar ,4500-5900 stocks per hectare
OUTPUT IN GRAPES: 1.5 – 2.00 kg per plant

Cellars

The underground cellars are used to age wine in wooden barrels, while those located in the air-conditioned area are mainly used for fermentation and storage purposes.
