The territory of Chianti Classico is situated in the heart of Tuscany, between Siena and Florence, and comprises the villages of San Casciano Val di Pesa, Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, Barberino Val d'Elsa, Greve in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti , Radda in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti and Castelnuovo Berardenga. The area is renown throughout the world for its excellent wines and oils, but also because of its spectacular views, villages and parish churches that remind visitors of its ancient history.
