Grape-variety

Wine harvesting

Vinification

  • Soft crusher-destemmer with large rollers
  • Fermented in 30 hl oak tubs with two pumping over operations per day until the separation of wine from leeches

Maturing

  • In French oak barrels with capacities of 500 liters for 1-3 years
  • Fining in bottle for at least 6 months in an air-conditioned area

Characteristics

  • Intense ruby color
  • Fragrance: dark fruit, blueberry, prune, dog rose. Long-lasting and enveloping taste that become more intense and stronger over time
