Grape-variety

Wine harvesting

Vinification

  • Fermented in 30 hl oak tubs with two pumping over operations per day until the separation of wine from leeches

Maturing

  • In French oak barrels with capacities of 0,500 liters and American oak barriques with capacities of 0.250 liters, first separation, medium-bodied

Ageing

  • In bottle for at least 6 month

Characteristics

  • Intense ruby color with sweet fragrances of nuts, coconut, vanilla and red fruit
  • Mature and tar-like fruit, ripe and long-lasting substances, silky texture filled and enriched with Merlot that integrates and expands Sangiovese
